A 10% discount is offered on the tuition for members of the Episcopal Church (ECUSA), and another 10% if you are a member of St. John’s Episcopal Church. For those discounts you must have a letter from your parish rector showing you are a member in good standing. Any ordained clergy in the ECUSA is entitled to a 25% discount on tuition. You can also receive a 10% discount if your child moves up from the CDP (beginning in the 2011-2012 school year) after at least 12 months of continuous CDP enrollment and the child remains continuously enrolled at St. John’s Episcopal School. There is also a 10% discount for any additional children in the immediate family enrolled at St. John’s Episcopal School. The maximum amount of discount possible is 25% for any family. Tuition may be paid in full to St. John’s by July 1st with a one-time $100.00 discount, or tuition may be paid in 2, 10 or 12-month installments to the FACTS Tuition Management Company. A $300.00 discount is available to parents who refer another student who enrolls.
Optional programs that are available on a pay-as-you-go plan are:
- Catered Lunch – Pre-ordered and pre-paid on a monthly basis, available 5 days a week. The cost of this program is $3.50 per meal which includes an 8 oz of milk. This cost is for Kindergarten through 8th grade. Pre-Kindergarten’s lunch is included in the tuition for a full day.
- Milk Ticket – Cartons of milk may be purchased in multiples of 20 milks for $7.00 or $.35 for one milk for students who bring their lunch or for those who want additional milk beyond the one provided with the catered lunch.
- Before and/or After Care – BAC – 7:15 to 8:00 a.m. and/or 3:50 to 6:00 p.m. available for all students. The cost of mornings is $4.00 a day and for evenings is $10.00 a day or if you stay all 5 days in the evenings it is $45.00 a week.
- Extended Day (B.A.C./E.D. 11:15 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.) for preschoolers and pre-kindergarteners, includes a hot lunch. The cost for 5 days a week extended day in Preschool or pre-kindergarten is Full Tuition because this makes it an all program. You may choose to do 4 days a week for $234, 3 days for $175.50, or 2 days for $117 a month.
