To secure a place for your child for the 2012-2013 school year, all paper work must be filled out completely. The $300.00 registration fee covers spirit wear, field trip fees, excluding transportation, year book, and books for the classroom and must be paid at the time of registration. A portion of the enrollment fee may also cover additional extra-curricular activities. A copy of the student’s birth certificate, current immunization record and Baptismal Certificate (if it applies) must be included to be considered fully enrolled.
Tuition may be paid in full to St. John’s Episcopal School by July 1, with a one-time discount of $100.00. Tuition may be paid in 2, 10, or 12 month installments to the FACTS Tuition Management Company.
Tuition Discounts
- · A 10% discount is offered on the tuition for members of the Episcopal Church (ECUSA), and another 10% if you are a member of St. John’s Episcopal Church. A letter from your parish rector is required.
- · Any ordained clergy in the ECUSA is entitled to a 25% discount on tuition for immediate children.
- · A 10% discount will be applied for the first year if your child moves from the CDP preschool, after being enrolled for 12 months or more, to the Pre-kindergarten.
- · There is a 10% discount for any additional children in the immediate family enrolled at St. John’s Episcopal School.
- · A $300.00 discount is available to parents who refer another student who enrolls at St. John’s.
- · No family shall receive more than 25% in tuition discounts.
- · Any St. John’s Episcopal Church or School full time employee may receive 50% off tuition for their dependents. A “dependent” in this case is defined as children who are claimed as such on their most recent federal tax return.
Optional programs that are available on a payment plan are:
- · Catered Lunch – Pre-ordered and pre-paid on a monthly basis, available 5 days per week. The cost of this program is $4.00 per meal which includes 8 oz. milk. Pre-kindergarten lunch is included in the tuition.
- · MILK – Cartons of milk may be purchased in multiples of 20 for $8.00. Milk may be purchased for .40 for any student who desires an extra milk.
- · Before and/or After Care – BAC – 7:15 – 8:00 a.m. and /or 3:50 to 6:00 p.m. available for all students. The cost for mornings is $4.00 a day and for evenings is $10.00 a day. If your child is stays five days in the week the cost is $45.00 a week.
- · Extended Day (BAC/E.D. – 11.15 am to 3:30 pm) for Pre-kindergarten includes a hot lunch. The cost for five days a week extended day in Pre-kindergarten is Full Tuition as this is an all-day program.
Uniforms for first through eighth grade may be ordered from Parker uniform. They have a complete list of all uniforms for specific grade levels. Uniform sweatshirts are available for sale in August. All students will receive a spirit-wear t-shirt shortly after the fall semester begins.
