Dear Friends,
As an educator, one of your greatest fears is seeing a student fall behind. The more they get behind, the more work they have to put in to catch up. However, one of your most gratifying moments is seeing that child work hard to not only catch up, but to keep pace and excel even further.
This year, St. John’s Episcopal School is celebrating our 60th birthday. And, like most 60 year olds, it’s getting a little harder for the school to keep pace with each passing year. When you consider that the Smart Phone you bought just 18 months ago is now considered a dinosaur, you get some idea how fast things can move, and that is why we need to work even harder to insure our students don’t get left behind.
As we begin our next 60 years, I’m asking for your contribution to our Annual Giving Campaign so that St. John’s can not only maintain the standard of excellence we’ve established since 1951, but to further enhance our growth into an institution that will continue offering an elite, Christian education for generations to come. Your generous donation of $25, $100, $1000, or more will:
- Help us maintain and modernize our physical plant,
- Update our learning materials and hardware and, most importantly,
- Continue providing a comfortable, nurturing environment that will help our students get ahead, and stay ahead, in both academia and the real world.
As we look back over our history, what has made St. John’s such a special place is the strength of our school family.
